The spaceOVERVIEW:
On the first floor there is a spacious living room with flat screen high definition TV. Fully equipped kitchen brings other rooms of the house together such as the living room and dining room. Multifunctional environment enables cooking and socializing with friends and family. Granite counter tops in the kitchen and appliances such as refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher. Sets of pots, dishes, cutlery, and glasses are included in the house. Next to the kitchen a modern dining space. Master suite includes one luxurious memory foam king-size bed, flat screen high definition TV, and private working space. Master suite bathroom includes a spacious walk-in closet for added convenience to the couple.
On the second floor, there is a spacious second master suite with a cozy memory foam topped king size bed and flat screen high definition TV. The second master bathroom also includes a large walk-in closet for added convenience. In the 3rd and 4th bedroom twin/full bunk beds in each. The third bathroom includes two sinks. Also a full private laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer is available for guests to use.

Guest accessGuests will have full access to the townhouse and resort amenities. There is free parking on property for guests.
Additional notesSTARTER SUPPLIES: The following starter supplies are provided in the unit: each bathroom will include: body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap pump, one toilet roll and 1 trash bag; in the kitchen: dish detergent, 1 dishwasher capsule, 1 sponge, 1 paper towel roll, 1 trash bag . No other supplies will be provided. Please stop by the nearest Supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.
HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.
FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee powder will be provided prior to check in.

Lucaya is a gated community with security in place to ensure a peaceful stay for its guests. Entry into the property is granted electronically via email voucher. Each guest gets his/her individual and non-transferable code valid for the stay period. The clubhouse has a front desk where the bilingual employees are ready to help the guests.
Shops, restaurants, Krispy Kreme, Dunkin Donuts, and Starbucks all located just outside of the resort gates!
The condominium is located in Kissimmee close to the major thoroughfares of the city as I4, 192, 536, 417, making it easy to access the major attractions and destinations.
